Employee Recognition
Brooks realizes the importance of recognizing our most valuable assets: our employees. We offer several special programs to recognize the wonderful work that our employees do every day.
- Employee events – Brooks arranges a variety of events, including picnics, bowling, trips to Adventure Landing and Jacksonville Suns games.
- Service awards – employees are recognized for employment milestones with a dinner reception and the selection of a gift item from a catalog.
- S.T.A.R.Bucks – an employee recognition program based on our core values. Employees can redeem their S.T.A.R.Bucks for merchandise including clothing, beach accessories and gift certificates to local restaurants and grocery stores.
- Success Sharing Program – employees are rewarded with a quarterly bonus based on the company's overall success in predetermined areas, such as patient satisfaction.
