Investigators
The Brooks Center currently has over 20 active clinical rehabilitation research trials focusing on improving care for our patients. Clinical research at the Brooks Center focuses on some of the principal impairments treated at Brooks Rehabilitation including stroke, spinal cord injuries, brain injuries, orthopedic injuries and pain.
Emphasizing teamwork, The Brooks Center for Rehabilitation Studies collaborates with numerous clinicians, researchers and academic institutions from across the United States to improve patient outcomes through evidenced based care. The studies are conducted in the Brooks Center Human Performance Lab, within our rehabilitation hospital or in many of our outpatient clinics. In order to successfully conduct our studies we depend on a world-class team of investigators, clinicians and staff. The following is a listing of the investigators and staff with whom we have integrated recruitment for or participation in clinical trials, data collection or educational programs related to research.
